Boilermaker / Welder – Casual (4 Weeks, Full-Time Hours)

Global Welding Engineering is seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Welder to join our workshop team in Edinburgh North, SA. This is a casual position for approximately 4 weeks, working 38 hours per week, with the possibility of extension depending on upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabrication and tack welding of structural steel components
  • Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
  • Working safely and efficiently in a team environment

Requirements

  • Trade qualified Boilermaker / Welder
  • Proven experience in structural steel fabrication
  • Strong skills in MIG/FCAW (TIG experience an advantage)
  • Ability to read and work from fabrication drawings
  • White Card required (forklift licence, working at heights ticket an advantage)
  • Must be reliable and able to work unsupervised

What We Offer

  • $38/hr + super (casual)
  • Steady 38 hrs/week (Mon–Fri)
  • Immediate start for 4 weeks
  • Supportive small team environment with varied fabrication projects
