About the roleThe Caring Group is offering you the opportunity to do what you excel at The HR Business Partner is a role reporting to the Group GM of Human Resources. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our people and franchisees. You will provide HR advice to franchisees and core entities, manage employee relations, and handle the performance management process. You will demonstrate experience and confidence in decision-making, problem-solving skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and enjoy a varied role.
Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships to become a trusted advisor to stakeholders within the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute engaging people initiatives
- Leverage the use of data and insights to develop initiatives that drive positive change
- Advise managers and employees on any matters relating to industrial instruments
- Coach and develop managers and franchisees on people management processes
- Provide advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary action, grievances, and performance management.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with confidence.
- Guide goal setting, feedback, and career development to contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Manage and investigate complaints and grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide quality, customer-focused and efficient Human Resources guidance
- Partner with stakeholders to implement changes and support staff affected by change.
- Maintain compliance with various codes of practice and legislation, including NDIS and Aged Care.
- Strengthen leadership capabilities through strategic HR advice and coaching.
- Drive initiatives that promote and highlight our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to execute on industrial regulations requirements, frameworks and principles.
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated HR partnering experience in a complex organisation.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders whilst ensuring we deliver on our people strategy
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse stakeholder group.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
