Marketing Content Coordinator

Join our supportive and experienced in-house marketing team as the resident Marketing Content Coordinator, creating eye-catching content and assets, and facilitating the digital growth across a broad portfolio of NORTEC brands, including:

• Preston Campbell Foundation, supporting the community through employment, community meals, health and wellbeing initiatives, youth mentorship, and more
• PCF Lottery, an art union charity lottery that supports the community and is the main fundraiser for PCF initiatives
• Banaam, an Aboriginal-run organisation that reimagines workplace structures using cultural intelligence frameworks
• Valiant Health, a not-for-profit, bulk billed practice providing accessible healthcare to the broader community.

• Work with the Digital Growth team and brand partners; assisting with ongoing content creation, scheduling, and optimisation of social media and digital channels.
• Lead and coordinate the creative pipeline, with coverage including lottery draws, brand ambassador and celebrity content, team-in-action, events, community initiatives, workshops, advisory services, clinical services and more.
• Coordinate the strategic growth and content direction of social media calendars across all brands; balancing paid and organic strategies.
• Contribute to the further development of digital assets, to enhance brand value and drive commercial growth.
• Leverage your experience with creative editing, marketing and media tools to produce content in-house.
• Develop your skills in other areas of digital growth marketing such as Email, SMS and CMS/Website.

• 2+ years' experience within the marketing and/or paid media industry.
• Marketing tertiary qualification/s, or equivalent.
• Proven success in social media management, and executing and optimising digital campaigns that drive results.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for in-house content production.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, and workflow management platforms (e.g. Notion or Monday).
• Current drivers licence and ability to travel across SE QLD and East Coast NSW.
• Full working rights in Australia.

• Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, EDM & SMS platforms, and website CMS (WordPress).
