We are seeking a skilled Job Coach to support our clients in achieving their employment goals.
- Engage with the local community to provide wrap-around services to First Nations clients.
- Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment.
- Mentor clients to overcome employment barriers and support them through a tailored job plan.
- Network with employers and reverse market clients to suitable jobs.
- Ensure exceptional service is delivered at every stage of the process.
- Understanding of Aboriginal and CALD individuals and communities.
- Experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges.
- Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs.
- Ongoing career development and national opportunities.
- Access to MedHealth Academy for professional development.
- Opportunity to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services (conditions apply).
