We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Employment Coach to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping job seekers achieve successful, meaningful, and sustainable employment or education.
Your key responsibilities will include actively promoting and placing job seekers into employment vacancies and opportunities appropriate to their abilities and interests.
You will also be responsible for creating interview and job opportunities for clients via marketing activities with employers, supporting the wider team to drive performance and achieve sustainable employment outcomes for job seekers, and ensuring government standards and contractual obligations are met within the site.
Key Requirements- Prior experience in employment services is highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong customer service and reverse marketing, sales, or cold calling experience.
- Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong administration and computer skills – ability to learn technical systems.
- Resilient in nature and able to thrive in a continuously changing environment.
