As a Marketing & Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in fostering business growth through strategic partnerships and effective marketing strategies.

- Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.">
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.">
- Negotiate wage subsidy agreements with employers.">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored support to help them achieve their career goals.">
- Assist clients in transitioning into stable employment, collaborating with the Client Coordinator and Support Officer.">
- Communicate employment opportunities to local employment services staff and job-seeking clients.">
- Develop, document, and implement effective marketing strategies to generate appropriate employment opportunities for clients.">
- Identify and present innovative marketing ideas and concepts to attract new employers and increase employment opportunities.">
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the current labour market conditions and vacancy requirements.">
