About the role

This full-time Dental Receptionist role at advent dental studio' in West Perth, WA offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing dental practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all who visit the practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the practice's appointment calendar
  • Handling patient enquiries and providing information about services and treatments
  • Processing patient registrations, medical histories, and other administrative tasks
  • Managing patient records and maintaining the practice's database
  • Assisting with billing, invoicing, and other financial transactions
  • Ordering and maintaining practice supplies
  • Providing general administrative support to the dental team as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and friendly manner
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including practice management systems
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures would be highly advantageous
