We are a rapidly expanding dental practice looking for a full-time/part-time/ dental receptionist to join our team.

Applicant must be happy, enthusiastic and above all reliable. We have a great team of professionals available to help you through your first few weeks/months in all areas. We are a small family Dental Surgery and most of our staff has been long term.

**The successful applicant will have**:
Outstanding communication skills and enjoys working with people

Professional presentation and conduct

A can-do attitude, be confident, be able to multi-task and work independently

Experience in customer service

Ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced, busy environment

Training specific to practice will be provided

Your Role:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Management of appointment books
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Liaising with patients and providers
- Presenting comprehensive treatment plans
- Data entry and mailing tasks
- Patient payments, petty cash and day end reconciliation
