Patient-centered, caring, experienced and professional team member required for our state-of-the-art, fast paced and fantastic surgery in South Perth. This is a private-owned specialist Periodontist practice focusing mainly on advanced Periodontal and Implant Dentistry operated by two Periodontists.

With exceptional customer service skills, the successful applicant will ideally have the following attributes:

- Be warm, caring, reliable, organised and be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Have impeccable presentation
- Able to work independently and within a team in a supportive, positive and pleasant manner
- Have at least 3-5 years experience working in a dental receptionist
- Able to multi-task with accuracy and neatness, maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality and confidence to mange difficult situations
- Exceptional communication, attention to dental an customer service skills
- Familiar with D4W software and HICAPS preferred

Duties will include but are not limited:

- Greeting patients and phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
- Arrange appointments for patients, including with changes in schedules, confirmation of appointments in an effective manner
- Dealing with referrals
- Process payments and providing treatment plans
- maintain a professional reception area, including carry out light cleaning tasks within the practice as required
- Understand and adhere to operational guidelines

Salary will be based on experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 34 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
