Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join a website transformation program with a strong background in preparing project business cases, conducting business problem investigations, performing strategic analysis of To-Be solutions, and developing user requirements specifications.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 7–10+ years' proven experience as an IT or Digital Business Analyst.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and document requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Experience preparing business cases, process flows, and workflow documentation.
  • Strong understanding and application of the Waterfall methodology in project delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • previous exposure to MS Dynamics and Sitecore or other enterprise CMS platforms (CRM or ERP modules) is essential
  • Experience in website transformation and customer engagement projects.
  • Experience in CMS implementations and Digital Forms Enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to digital business process improvement initiatives.
