Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Business Analyst, based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, assessing business processes, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to communicate findings, propose solutions, and support the implementation of strategies to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and a proven ability to identify trends, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Process improvement, and capturing Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly
  • Experience in documenting and implementing business solutions
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience working in IT or cybersecurity sectors is a plus
