Digital / IT Business Analyst | Government Client | Sydney / Hybrid

12-month daily rate contract

Our client, a leading government agency, is seeking a highly experienced Digital / IT Business Analyst to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and processes


• Prepare business cases, EOI/RFPs, and executive-level reports


• Support testing documentation and activities


• Document business process changes using workflow and swim lane diagrams


• Build strong relationships to drive timely decisions and project outcomes

Skills & Experience:


• 5+ years' experience as an IT/Digital Business Analyst


• Strong track record across digital projects including: website/digital transformations, CMS/CRM implementations, digital forms platforms & process improvement projects


• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver user-centric solutions


• Fully immersed within internal and technical development teams


• Excellent documentation, analysis, and stakeholder management skills


• Proficient in Waterfall methodology (recent, hands-on experience essential)


• Self-starter, comfortable working with autonomy
