What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and expand a mining major account, working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Build workforce and project maps to anticipate hiring needs before they arise
  • Partner with procurement, talent acquisition and operational leaders to shape workforce strategies
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across WA's leading mining organisations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver recruitment solutions that exceed client expectations

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in mining or resources recruitment, ideally in a 360 role
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Strong commercial and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • Organised, strategic and motivated to step into a true client leadership role
  • Suits someone ready to move up from Senior or Principal Consultant level
