We are based on the Gold Coast and protect small to mid sized businesses from cyber attacks, and help them recover from cyber incidents.

Our Data Services team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive information for our clients.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Lead to oversee data review and quality assurance processes across a range of projects involving sensitive or regulated information.

  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to team members, including onboarding and training.
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues, inconsistencies, or gaps, and ensure proper resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.
  • Prepare summary reports and insights for internal stakeholders or external partners as needed.
About you
  • Proven experience leading data-focused teams or projects.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • A free day of leave on your birthday
  • Be part of a GLOBAL team (we have offices in the USA, UK and Australia)
  • State of the art modern office
  • Great team culture
  • Fun social events
  • Support and training to enhance skills

  • We also value experience and drive over traditional qualifications. We promote a healthy team dynamic through collaboration and are never too proud to ask each other for help.

We love our workplace, and we think you will too.
