**YOUR TALENT**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 1-3 years of Brand Marketing experience for a multi-category brand or agency.
- Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, lifestyle, or sporting brands.
- Strong project management and marketing calendar development and execution.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date understanding of consumer-based marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong public speaking and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and organised.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and self-motivated with a clear passion for sport.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop.

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful brand campaigns and supporting marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

Your Role:

- Plan, execute, and monitor Brand Marketing activities for Sport Style, Basketball, and other categories to achieve Brand and Commercial objectives.
- Assist with brand marketing campaign execution.
- Manage product orders for PR, campaign shoots, partnership leverage opportunities, and social media requirements.
- Coordinate press release disbursements to Account Managers across New Zealand and Australia.
- Oversee digital asset pack coordination and distribution.
- Coordinate creative assets for media and creative campaigns.
- Organise team WIPs and collate meeting minutes.
- Process and track invoices.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Organise samples for campaign shoots, social media shoots, and PR opportunities.
- Work closely with agencies across all touchpoints of brand campaigns from brief to post-analysis.
