As Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our campaigns, events, and communications, helping us connect with families, schools, and supporters across Victoria. From crafting compelling content to capturing real-time magic at our flagship events, you'll play a key role in sharing the joy and impact of Variety's work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Rolling out creative marketing initiatives alongside our Marketing Manager
  • Managing our social media calendar and creating scroll-stopping content
  • Telling powerful stories that showcase the impact of our grants, scholarships, and events
  • Coordinating event-based storytelling and digital content creation
  • Collaborating with designers, creatives, and our passionate internal team
  • Keeping our brand voice strong, consistent, and full of heart

About You

You're a natural go-getter with a flair for storytelling and a love for community.

You bring:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience (bonus points for event and/or digital marketing)
  • Social media savvy and basic-intermediate design skills (Canva or Adobe – we love both)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of kids and families
