About the OpportunityWe're looking for an outgoing, on-camera content creator to help lead an ongoing series of retail-first, stranger-interaction formats for our wellness client, NATPAT.
You'll be the face of a short-form series that brings NATPAT's playful wellness stickers into the real world, sparking fun conversations with shoppers, and capturing those authentic reactions on camera. The goal: turn everyday interactions into short-form content that feels funny, surprising, and shareable across TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
You'll also get hands-on guidance from Snowball's team, who've scaled YouTube channels to 27M+ subscribers and 10B+ views. This role offers both creative freedom and world-class mentorship.
What You'll Do-
Create ongoing batches of short-form videos (10 videos to start (:30 - :60 seconds))

Stage and perform in retail-first formats that highlight NATPAT's products

Engage strangers in public settings with playful, unscripted conversations; recruit talent to appear on-screen as needed

Deliver simple brand talking points with humor and authenticity

Partner with Snowball's creative team to capture and refine proven formats
We're looking for someone who:

Has experience creating short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Strong editing skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut etc

Is confident and charismatic on camera, with a natural, engaging style

Loves talking to strangers and thrives in unscripted, man-on-the-street moments

Brings a background in improv, theatre, or comedy (bonus)

Balances humor with brand messaging while staying authentic

Works efficiently on a recurring production schedule
