AUSCOIL is an Australian owned oil and gas well services company. Operating out of Toowoomba, we provide a wide range of efficient well intervention, production enhancement, cementing and coiled tubing services to numerous oil and gas operating companies. We are a specialist team and have built a reputation on safety, efficiency, reliability, and innovation, which include the development and implementation of new technologies

What are we looking for?

Due to significant business growth, AUSCOIL is seeking a Spare Parts Store Coordinator to join our team.  Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Coordinator and working from the Charlton facility, this full-time role operates on a 10/4 Roster and focuses primarily on ensure accurate, safe, and efficient management of inventory, parts, and chemicals through effective receipt, storage, documentation, stock control, and yard support, enabling uninterrupted operations for field and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receiving: Manage the receipt, labelling, and stocking of all incoming parts.

· Dispatch: Pick, package, and document outgoing inventory for timely site delivery.

· Field Support: Work with site team to ensure the right safety, maintenance & consumable items available.

· Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and keep management informed.

· Storage: Ensure correct storage practices and rotate perishables to minimise waste.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in internal systems.

· Inventory Counts: Assist with quarterly counts, annual stocktakes, and daily stock accuracy.

· Compliance: Uphold Chain of Responsibility requirements for all loads.

· Handling: Support safe loading, unloading, and storage of parts and chemicals.

· Yard Support: Contribute to housekeeping, urgent parts runs, and general yard operations.

This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on individual ready to make an impact in a dynamic and growing environment.
