About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and driven
Store Manager
to take ownership of a high-profile
Toowoomba 4350
location. You'll lead a passionate team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing local brand awareness, and driving results across all store KPIs.

Skills & Experience

  • Retail Store Management experience (ideally in apparel, activewear, or streetwear)
  • A passion for movement, fitness, or community-led brands
  • High energy, goal-focused leadership style
  • Experience coaching teams to smash sales and service targets
  • Strong stock, VM, and operational management skills
  • Confident in building a local following through events, activations, and content
