With our full medical quality management system, we are simply unable to keep up with the patient demand and inbound leads. As a result, we are seeking highly talented telesales professionals to embrace the passion we have for this business and join our national team.
EXCEPTIONAL OFFER PACKAGE: Base + Commissions + Bonus
- Our salespeople earn AUD 100,000+ per year.
- Base Salary: AUD48,500
- Commission: As a percentage of sales (achieve AUD50,000+)
- Daily Performance Bonus

- Perks: Annual incentives such as international trips
- Hybrid Setup: 2–3 days in the office, with the rest working remotely

You must have the following qualities:
- Exceptional tone and empathy, and ability to establish rapport quickly
- Huge determination and drive to succeed
- Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
- 3+ years experience in hard-close or sales negotiation
- Telesales Experience
- Mature mindset and approach
