"Good Luck" is one of the quickest growing shopping mall and wholesaler/retailer of local & imported products at Blacktown area within last few years. In order to further stimulate our company's long-term development, we are now looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Knowledge Analyst and Manager to join our dynamic team to oversee management, dissemination, and utilization of Goodluck's knowledge assets; to improve sales performance by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights; and to stimulate Goodluck's long-term health development.
Position: Permanent Full Time
Hours of Work: 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary Package: 100,000+super/per year
Location: Sydney
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above academic qualification is a must;
- At least 3 year full-time Sales Knowledge Analyst and Manager working experience in large-scale company in relation to supply chain, real estate, logistics or related industry;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must;
- High attention to detail and strong time management, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Have working experiences in Asian company (China, Singapore, etc.) is preferred;
- Sensitive to market movements. Ability to analyze and evaluate market research data;
- Strong communication skills;
- Effective management and leadership skills;
Roles and Responsibility
- Creating, identifying, collecting and organizing data and information various sources, set up processes to securely collect, store, process and validate data.
- Developing and implementing knowledge management strategies aligning with Goodluck's operational objectives and long-term development goals.
- Evaluate the accuracy and reliability of data.
- Work with the Departments to identify knowledge gaps and requirements and integrate solutions into workflows. Maintain a central, easily searchable knowledge repository.
- Formulate accurate strategies and processes to promote and advocate the sharing of knowledge across teams and departments.
- Monitor and maintain internal systems for payments, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintenance of all precedents in Goodluck Precedents Knowledge Repository, making changes as required to ensure they are up to date, and encourage the sharing of knowledge and resources across practice groups to promote a culture of collaboration.
- Audit knowledge assets regularly to remove redundancies or outdated content.
- Monitor and analyse the knowledge base performance and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in adoption and real-time resolution.
- Collect and analyze market data and metrics on consumer patterns, needs and preferences to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Detailed data analysis should be conducted for the advertisements and marketing activities launched on each digital platform, and reports should be presented at Goodluck meetings.
- Be able to continuously track ongoing campaigns and work on the feedback to make the campaigns better.
- To provide stakeholders, such as managers, executives and customers with advice and guidance on advertising strategies and marketing campaigns in a goal-oriented manner. Enhance consumer sensitivity and awareness and promote Goodluck's projects and related services efficiently and effectively.
- From a macro perspective, statistical modeling methods are employed to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on company's profitability, and marketing strategies and pricing plans are adjusted promptly.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement. Manage and supervise the work of relevant departments, report the relevant marketing data in written form or report, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Develop sales forecasts using historical data, market trends and pipeline analysis.
