Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Data Analyst
with strong expertise in
Master Data Management (MDM)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with large datasets, implementing MDM strategies, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Design and implement MDM solutions to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards and governance policies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
  • Support data migration and integration efforts across platforms.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and business rules.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Master Data Management (MDM)
    tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    ,
    Python
    , or
    R
    for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with
    ETL processes
    and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with
    data governance
    ,
    data quality
    , and
    metadata management
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of
    data visualization tools
    like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Exposure to
    data warehousing
    concepts and tools.
  • Understanding of
    business domains
    such as finance, retail, or healthcare.
  • Certification in MDM or data analytics.

Top 3 responsibilities:

  • The Subcon should lead the implementation and governance of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • They must perform advanced data analysis and reporting to support business decisions using Python and PySpark.
  • Additionally, they should collaborate across teams to integrate data sources and maintain high-quality data pipelines
