We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Member to join our team at Macelleria Moonee Ponds. You will be working with our existing team to improve our dining experience, especially during peak times and helping to provide our customers with a dining experience they look forward to returning to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer experience: The primary responsibility of this role is to provide an excellent dining experience for our customers. This will include being friendly and receptive to customer needs throughout the week, and working to resolve any possible issues with their dining experience. We believe that the customer is the centre of our business, and as a result the customer experience is always a priority.
  • Punctuality & Presentation: Arriving to Shifts on time and in uniform is essential.
  • Kitchen Quality Control: Ensuring that the quality of food coming out of the Kitchen is up to standard and will not result in a negative customer experience. This will involve communicating and working in unison with the Back of House to achieve higher customer satisfaction and retention.

A Minimum of 2 years Hospitality Experience is Required for this Role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
