We are a Specialist Orthodontic Practice employing 30 staff and 5 doctors across our 10 locations across North and North West Melbourne.

We are currently looking for a superstar dental assistant and receptionist.

So if you are all about smiles, staff, and service, we want to hear from you.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in Dental Assisting and ideally also have a Certificate III in Dental Assisting 

    (Candidates with no experience will be considered for a paid traineeship).
  • Experience in reception duties at a dental practice
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Professional, well presented with excellent communication skills
  • Access to a car and be able to travel to our various locations
  • Take pride in your work, be willing to learn, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Be awesome with people and have a high level of empathy towards them.

Duties:

  • Providing chair-side assistance to our specialist orthodontists
  • Routinely maintaining and sterilizing equipment
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed (e.g. billing, maintaining patient records.)
  • Assisting with front office tasks as needed (e.g. reception duties including answering phones, greeting patients, booking appointments)

  • Part-time - 34 hours per week

  • The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required).
