We have an exciting new position for an experienced HEAD BARISTA (Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role) to join our front of house team in one of Melbourne's favourite cafes with a focus on fun and modern produce-driven food. The right person will be experienced and passionate with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead a team to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
- Location - Moonee Ponds
- This is a permanent position 5 days a week (no nights)

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:

- A passion for coffee and hospitality
- At least two years’ experience in a similar management role
- Strong coffee and all-round FOH skills
- A passion for creating the ultimate customer experience
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
- A strong work ethic with the ability to meet and surpass KPIs
- Both an ability and enthusiasm to manage systems and software
- Current RSA Certificate
