$200K+ package | RCA required | Genuine leadership role

Audit Director or Associate Director
to step into a key leadership role within its high-performing Audit & Assurance division. This is a rare opportunity to inherit a well-established portfolio and lead a capable team in a supportive, professional environment.
The Role
You'll oversee a broad mix of audit engagements across large private groups, corporate entities, and select not-for-profit clients. The work also includes due diligence, real estate, and trust audits — offering a balance of technical depth and variety. You'll be supported by an experienced leadership group and encouraged to bring your own ideas and approach to team development and client service.
What's on Offer
- Leadership role within a respected mid-tier firm
- Registered Company Auditor (RCA) credential essential
- Hybrid working model (typically one day WFH)
- Flexible arrangements for family or personal circumstances
- Professional, open culture — no long-hours
- Direct collaboration with other senior leaders
About You
You're an experienced external auditor who enjoys managing teams, solving complex client problems, and building trusted relationships. You'll ideally come from a mid-tier or large independent firm background and be ready to take the next step into full practice leadership.
Why Apply
Join a progressive firm where your contribution will be visible and valued. This is a genuine opportunity to step into senior leadership, guide a strong team, and shape the future direction of the audit division — with balance, autonomy, and support from like-minded professionals.
