Position: Office Assistant
Blindman, located at Mulgrave in northwest Sydney, has a position available for an experienced Office Assistant, preferably with experience in home improvements. Duties will include scheduling customer appointments, processing orders using supplier software, invoicing and customer service in our showroom.
Qualifications
- Experience in home improvement or window furnishings industry.
 - Strong organisational and multitasking skills
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Attention to detail and accuracy with data input
 - Experience with Xero software
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office
 
We are seeking someone who can handle responsibility, is trustworthy and reliable and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have initiative and a positive disposition to help the business grow and succeed. Hours and days of work are negotiable.
