**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Support at IDEAL SUPPLY PTY LTD in Mulgrave, VIC. The Office Support will be responsible for
- Manage orders and track production schedules to ensure timely progress.
- Provide basic financial support.
- Assist with shipping and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient coordination and communication between departments.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Share Point, Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Highly energetic, organised, a proactive self-starter and a team player.
- Good communication skills in English, capable of effective written and verbal communication.
- MYOB experience is preferred but not essential.
- Previous building industry experience is highly desirable
- Able to work long-term and be committed to growing with the company.
**Salary and Benefits**:
Generous compensation, with salary based on experience and capabilities.
