What is the Role?
The ERA is seeking a passionate professional to join us on a permanent basis as Communications and Website Administrator within the Office of the CEO Division.
This position supports management of the ERA's digital presence and corporate communications.
It is responsible for developing, publishing and maintaining high-quality online content across the ERA's internet, intranet, and social media platforms, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations such as privacy, copyright, and accessibility.
The position supports the ERA's strategic communication efforts by implementing corporate communications policies and protocols and managing branding consistency across all materials.
The position coordinates with internal stakeholders to enhance content accuracy, functionality, and user engagement. It collaborates with teams to promote internal corporate initiatives.
The position is also responsible for media monitoring, overseeing contractors and recommending software improvements.
To be successful in this position you will have experience in journalism, communications and/or public relations with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Canva or Adobe InDesign confidently. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders. You will also thrive in a project-based environment, showing resilience under pressure and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
