The Role:
We're seeking a Junior Events Operations Coordinator
to join our vibrant NSW team. In this hands-on role, you'll support the Operations team in delivering polished, high-impact event experiences. You'll be responsible for managing and operating our innovative photo booth products, assisting with event production, gear preparation, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the event team to expertly set up and operate premium photo booth equipment
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily event preparation, inventory control, and gear maintenance
- Deliver outstanding experiences for clients and attendees through professional and friendly interaction
- Ensure smooth event execution by following schedules and managing activation logistics
- Provide remote, on-call support and troubleshooting during live events for our Casual Operators
- Capture high-quality photo and video content that supports and elevates our brand presence
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to keep the good vibes flowing
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident taking initiative
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic event environments
- Photography and videography experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Flexible availability — including evenings and weekends
- A shared passion for creating memorable, standout moments
Job Details:

Casual (with a pathway to part-time/full-time after probation) - Pay:
$31.00 – $45.00 per hour - Expected Hours:

Requirements:
- Valid
Driver Licence
(Required) - Legal work rights in Australia (Required)
- Experience in photography, videography, or events management (Preferred – 1 year)
