We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. This role focuses on preparing service minor works quotes, assisting technicians in the field, and managing stock for the West Ryde office.

You will play a key role in supporting our service team and ensuring smooth operations across quoting, stock control, and customer engagement.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and process service minor works quotes, primarily generated from NSW service technicians or customer enquiries.

· Assist technicians with quoting while they are onsite

· Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.

· Manage stock for the West Ryde office, including:

Ordering parts as required.

Managing incoming and outgoing orders, RMAs, and stock transfers.

Conducting stock takes and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Keeping the storeroom tidy and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Provide timely and accurate support to technicians and internal teams.

To be successful, you will require:

· Hold a valid 2B NSW Security Licence

· Experience in a similar role, or experience with Security distribution experience.

· Experience in quoting, inventory management, or inside sales is desirable but not essential.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and office teams.

· A positive "can-do" attitude, adaptable in a dynamic environment.
