As Clinic Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and patient-focused operation of the clinic, supporting clinicians, managing administrative processes, and coordinating patient care throughout the clinical trial process. In this role, you will:Manage the daily business and administrative operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and patient-centred care.Coordinate patient appointments, manage patient flow during clinic sessions, and respond to enquiries from patients and medical practitioners.Ensure accurate data entry of patient information into the patient management system while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.Organise patient surgical/hospital quotes and assist clinicians in managing inpatient hospital work.Ensure patients are billed correctly and receive receipts in a timely manner.Prepare regular reports on clinic performance and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.Manage and resolve patient complaints and feedback in collaboration with the Senior Manager Clinics.Liaise with other clinics, hospitals, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient coordination.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge clinical trials and work in a supportive, academically integrated environment committed to excellence in patient care and research.
