Bayswater Jayco is looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Sales Cadet to join our high-performing team.

About the Role:

As a Sales Cadet, you'll be the face of our dealership, welcoming guests, listening to their needs, and helping them find the perfect vehicle.

This is a performance-based role that rewards your energy, people skills, and drive to succeed.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing an exceptional guest experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
  • Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with new and returning guests
  • Learning Jayco product features and staying up to date
  • Maintaining showroom and caravan presentation standards
  • Collaborating with teammates and management

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for the Jayco brand and customer service
  • A self-starter with a results-driven attitude
  • A professional, well-presented appearance
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
