Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. You'll assist customers with inquiries, coordinate service requests, and provide exceptional after-sales support. No prior solar experience required — full training is provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails, calls, and chat inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule service visits and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Provide accurate product and warranty information.
  • Track open cases and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update CRM systems with client details and case status.
  • Support sales and operations departments when needed.

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.
