About the Role---Sales Representative

We're expanding our BYD team in Wodonga and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our fast-growing electric vehicle business.

This is a showroom-based, high-volume sales role — you'll work directly with walk-in customers, provide product information, and help them choose the right EV for their needs. There's no cold calling or door knocking — just real conversations and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in customers and understand their needs
  • Present BYD's EV range and highlight key features and benefits
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with team support

About You

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for results
  • Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage — but not essential
  • Interest in EVs, sustainability, or technology is a bonus
