**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking a **Customer Support Representative** to join our dynamic team. You’ll assist customers with inquiries, coordinate service requests, and provide exceptional after-sales support. No prior solar experience required — **full training is provided**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule service visits and coordinate with technical teams.
- Provide accurate product and warranty information.
- Track open cases and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update CRM systems with client details and case status.
- Support sales and operations departments when needed.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.
- Reliable, organized, and a team player.
