  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Energized by challenges and motivated to exceed set goals
  • Self-driven and passionately committed to meeting customer needs
  • Approachable, personable, and consistently professional
  • Capable of autonomous work with boundless enthusiasm
  • Contact centre experience a bonus but not essential

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via the phone or live chat\
  • Follow up with voicemails
  • Follow up advisors
  • Outbound quality checks
  • Data quality checks
  • Keep up to date with industry information
