Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Contract Administrator located in Bella Vista, NSW. The Senior Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle management, negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing contract documentation. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring contract performance, and resolving any arising contract-related issues. Additionally, the administrator is expected to assess and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management and Contract Negotiations
- Prepare and Maintain procurement Strategy/ Schedule
- Procure all Trades and Suppliers and assess tender submissions
- Managing Procurement process to maximise Opportunities and minimise Risk
- Monitor & track Project budget, forecast regularly and report movement and Risk early.
- Manage Head Contract to ensure all variations, NOD's and EOT's submitted as per contract
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance
- Skills in managing contract documentation and performance monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and resolve contract-related issues
- Risk assessment and mitigation abilities
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field
- Local Sydney experience in the construction industry is essential
