EGPA is a small company within a growing conglomerate of companies that specialise in Mortgage Broking, Financial Planning and Marketing of approximately 80 staff nationally.

**What is the role?**
A maternity leave contract to replace our fabulous Office Administrator / Client Liaison Officer. This truly is a diverse, fast-paced and rewarding role within the Property sector. Flexibility to choose the 3 weekdays that you work per week (on-site only). We are looking for a start date in mid March and there will be approximately 4 weeks of handover.

**Duties on a typical day**:

- Effectively communicating with clients throughout the purchase and construction of their homes to provide timely and informative updates
- Coordinating key items for clients throughout the build process such as insurance, third-party inspections, a Property Manager and tax depreciation schedules.
- Liaising with builders and solicitors to ensure clients are kept up to date with the latest status of their build and or/purchase of their home
- Ensuring our accounts team is kept up to date with relevant build milestones to issue invoices on time
- Assisting in resolving day-to-day issues that may arise during the purchase and build process.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager and finance team, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new processes and systems.

**Skills and experience you already have**:

- Competent and/or quick to learn and engage with software driven systems such as Microsoft and CRM packages.
- Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to work with tight deadlines
- High-level communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Administration experience within the property (builders / knowledge of house and land packages) industry is highly favourable.

**What is the office like?**
Our Norwest office has 5 employees with growth plans in place. Our Mortgage Broking business and Property Business both work out of the same office. The office itself is bright, modern and no expense spared on sourcing the best technology to help our staff be their best. Secure undercover parking is provided. Importantly - easy access to local cafes and restaurants

Whilst this is a maternity leave contract at this stage, given our growth there may be an opportunity for permanency for the right person. There is a handover / induction process to help you hit the ground running in your new role.
