We're gearing up for a busy summer season across our iconic harbourside venues– Foys Restaurant & Bar and Flying Bear Café – and we're looking for energetic, enthusiastic people to join our team

We're hiring for various casual 15-30 hour positions, (minimum 3 shifts per week) including:

  • Baristas
  • Waitstaff
  • Bartenders
  • Hosts / Front Desk

About Our Venues

  • Foys Restaurant & Bar: A modern waterfront dining destination located above the Sydney Flying Squadron, known for its fresh menu, stunning harbour views, and buzzing summer trade.

Both venues are easily accessible by public transport, just a short walk from Milsons Point station, Kirribilli Wharf, and surrounding bus routes.

What You'll Do

Depending on your role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and seating guests (hosts).
  • Taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables (waitstaff).
  • Preparing great coffee and beverages (baristas).
  • Serving drinks, cocktails, and maintaining bar service (bartenders).
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to guests.
  • Supporting the team with cleaning, stock, and general set-up / pack-down duties.

What We're Looking For

  • Working rights in Australia.
  • 1+ years' hospitality experience
  • A positive, energetic attitude and great communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team players who bring friendliness and reliability.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Barista or bar experience.
