About the role

  • You'll be both strategist and operator, designing the growth engine while running it.
  • You'll refine our GTM model, map the full customer lifecycle, run experiments, and turn every insight into action.
  • You'll work across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing so that every product update, campaign, and customer conversation feeds back into how we sell, grow, and serve.
  • You'll also lead AI adoption across the GTM function – using it to turn ideas into campaigns faster, sharper, and smarter than anyone else in the sector.
  • This role is for someone who thrives on momentum, collaboration, and the satisfaction of seeing strategy turn into measurable revenue. You'll help us stay true to who we are – a challenger brand that speaks up, stands out, and builds what the incumbents won't.

What you'll actually do

a) Own the revenue engine

  • Lead Mana's full-funnel growth across acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention
  • Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success as a unified revenue function
  • Expand Mana's footprint across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
  • Develop and document a repeatable sales process across these three segments, balancing velocity with depth
  • Define, track, and improve core growth metrics including pipeline velocity, win rate, conversion, ARR, CAC, LTV, and NRR, and establish visibility across the business
  • Build systems for forecasting, attribution, and reporting that the whole company trusts

b) Drive go-to-market strategy

  • Shape and execute our sales-led growth motion, turning insights into scalable playbooks
  • Work with Product to ensure launches drive adoption, feedback loops are tight, and learnings flow across teams
  • Run bold campaigns that cut through, translating Mana's positioning into challenger themes that spark conversation and trust
  • Actively drive AI implementation across the GTM function, building and deploying AI agents, automation, and tooling that multiply team capacity and speed

c) Build and scale the team

  • Operate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Product to align goals, data, and incentives
  • Coach existing team members while identifying where and when to hire specialists
  • Embed an AI-native mindset within the team, making experimentation, automation, and data-driven decision-making standard practice

What success looks like:

a) In your first 6 months:

  • Develop a repeatable sales process for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
  • Design a scalable sales team structure, including: defining clear roles with segment ownership, establishing performance metrics and developing initial sales training focused on core B2B sales methodologies
  • Map the complete customer lifecycle across stakeholders, identifying activation and expansion opportunities
  • Establish foundational growth systems including CRM hygiene, attribution, and reporting
  • Partner with Product to tighten feedback loops
  • Start experimenting with messaging and GTM motions

b) In your first 12 months:

  • Deliver consistent quarter-on-quarter revenue growth
  • Fully implement and refine the sales team structure
  • Hire a dedicated marketing resource
  • Evolve GTM model for mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Collaborate with Product to develop a growth-aligned roadmap
  • Make Mana the default choice for quality-focused education centres

You're likely a fit if:

  • You've led growth, sales, or revenue in a scaling SaaS company as a founder or growth leader – ideally having built scalable revenue systems from early traction through repeatability, and you're ready to do it again with more purpose
  • You think commercially and act experimentally. Every campaign, conversation, and customer touchpoint is a chance to learn and optimise
  • You're fluent across the funnel, from storytelling and positioning to metrics, dashboards, and revenue ops
  • You care about how humans buy and behave, not just how funnels convert. You've built systems that respect emotion as much as logic
  • You move fast, stay humble, and bring solutions, not org charts
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing and know how to get everyone rowing in the same direction
  • You're excited by the complexity of our audience: educators, centre managers, education leads, families, and children, and how growth connects all of them
  • You're genuinely energised by early childhood education. You don't need sector experience, but passion can't be faked
