Are you an experienced and reliable Service Manager? We're on the lookout for a dedicated, experienced National Service Manager to lead our National Service Team.

About the role

  • Develop and implement service strategies to drive continuous improvement and maximise productivity
  • Manage a team of service technicians providing leadership, coaching and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide strategic input to the senior leader on service and maintenance matters
  • Continuously review and improve service and maintenance processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in an machinery services leadership role within a machinery services role or similar
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Flexibility to work with clients that need support in emergencies outside of normal working hours
