Pickerings Automotive Group Townsville represents 14 new vehicle manufacturers including Prestige European brands, niche brand manufacturers and operates two Used Vehicle locations in the city.

Join Townsville's largest automotive dealership as a Spare Parts Interpreters in our Distribution Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic experienced individuals looking to advance their career in the automotive industry while becoming a valued member of our team.

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:36 PM
  • Location: Townsville, QLD
  • Start Date: Immediate

What We're Looking For

  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Previous experience in parts interpreting (highly regarded)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to stay organised in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong initiative and ability to hit the ground running
  • Valid C Class "O" Driver's Licence

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and interpret automotive parts/components using catalogues, microfiche, and digital systems
  • Sell, supply, and order parts internally across the dealerships
  • Respond to phone and online inquiries
  • Raise invoices and manage back orders
  • Provide quotes for parts and panels as required
  • Organise dispatch and logistics of parts
