The Role
We have a rare opportunity for an
Junior Sales Specialist
to join our dynamic team. This isn't just another sales role, it's a
launchpad for your career
. You'll learn the skills and tools that can set you up for long-term success in sales while making a real difference every day.

This role is a
direct career pathway to becoming an Area Sales Representative
, giving you the chance to step into a
client-facing, territory sales position
with greater responsibilities and rewards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Business development activities, including identifying prospective clients and following up on generous funnel of warm leads generated by other business functions.
  • Managing the full sales process - from understanding customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and accessing marketing resources through to preparing proposals, quotes and successfully closing deals.
  • Building long-term customer relationships by maintaining regular contact and collaborating with the Parts and Service teams to deliver an excellent post-purchase experience.
  • Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated as required.
