ABOUT THE ROLE

Don't want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for cars? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning individual to join our Operations team at our Acacia Ridge branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm You will mostly be working outdoors in our damaged vehicles yard and will work closely with your team to:

• Ensure all incoming damaged vehicles stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
• Assist other team members with their duties as required.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Passion for cars, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
• Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)
• Attention to detail
• Be comfortable working outdoors
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
