We are looking for a passionate and professional Food & Beverage Sales Attendant or Supervisor to join our team in a flexible, part-time capacity.Located within our award-winning Cellar Door **Allis Wine Bar** is open Thursday to Sunday, offering a relaxed yet elegant experience featuring wine flights, seasonal snacks, and share plates

**About you**

You will be engaging with guests, guiding wine tastings, and providing relaxed yet polished table service. This role suits someone confident and capable, who can work both independently and within a team — and who’s ready to grow into a leadership role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver warm, polished, and knowledgeable service
- Confidently guide wine tastings and menu suggestions
- Work independently and take initiative during quieter times
- Manage POS systems, process transactions, and assist with daily cash-up
- Support team operations and help maintain service standards across the business
- Represent the Ten Minutes by Tractor brand with passion and professionalism

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong F&B knowledge and genuine interest in wine (training provided)
- A natural communicator with a calm, professional demeanour
- Leadership potential, with a willingness to step up when needed
- Must be available Friday to Sunday; more hours available for the right person
- RSA required, WSET Level 2 or above highly regarded
- Knowledge of or passion for the Mornington Peninsula wine region is a plus
- Must have full access to transport, and there is no public transport available in the region.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.70 - $44.82 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week
