A rare position has become available for a **Graduate Sales Specialist** to join this dynamic team. Within this role, you will learn the key skills needed to master the art of B2B sales and unlock your career potential.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Business Development**activities such as identifying prospective clients and following up warm leads provided by other business functions.
- **Taking customers through the sales process,**from understanding their needs to making product recommendations, accessing marketing materials and specifications through to following up on proposals and closing deals.
- **Maintaining regular contact with your customers after each sale**to build a long-term, repeat relationship, including collaborating with the Parts and Service teams to ensure a great post-purchase experience..
- **Resolving**or escalating queries from customers in a timely, efficient manner.

**Here's what it takes**:

- You have **customer-facing retail or sales experience**, from either a B2B or B2C setting.
- You may have worked in a **retail, hospitality or customer service** role while you’ve been completing your tertiary qualification.
- A **desire to pursue and build a solid career in sales**, account management and business development.
- **Confidence** in talking with people, asking questions and providing appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Current full Australian working rights.
