We have a position available for a Head of Contract Administration (Business Administration Manager) to join the Finance Team. This role is responsible for the management of the Contract Administration – In-Vivo Sales & Service teams. It is the commercial support function to the Zone Head of Order to Cash and covers the responsibility for the optimal process efficiency as well as the financial correctness of transactions generated within their teams. This Full-time role will be based at our Melbourne office in Hawthorn East.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Driving cross team collaboration
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all processes
  • Provides backlog transparency and forecast accuracy (backlog)
  • Ensures operational excellence with internal and external focus (customers, suppliers etc.)
  • Responsible for harmonization, standardization and digitalization of the OTC process, in

    line with the global reference framework ""
  • Develops team members and elevates their skillset in order to shape future challenges

    due to internal or external development in OTC

About You:

·     Previous role in commercial and/or accounting environment in the SAP P58 environment.

·     Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & PowerBI)

·     Advanced knowledge of SAP-P58.

·     Exceptional communication skills are a must

·     Result and quality orientation with a high attention to detail.

·     Strong command of the English language, written and verbal.

·     Strong organisation, time management, problem-solving skills.

·     Detailed Knowledge of IFRS15 Global accounting guidelines and their function in P58 and the SAP add-on RAR.

·     A degree in Business Administration/Accounting is desirable.
