Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

About Us

We are a boutique Software and AI Technology company based on Hope Island.

Currently we are experiencing some client growth and our Managing Director requires some assistance. The role can mainly be handled from working from home, although weekly meetings to catch up and plan in person at our Helensvale office are essential.

The role will require around 3-4 hours a day, with some days requiring morning work and some days requiring afternoon work. An hourly rate will be negotiated commensurate with your experience. You will also be supplied a work mobile phone and laptop.

About You

As you will work closely with our Managing Director, you will have a better than average understanding of technology, so you can understand and learn what our business does. Your English, grammar and presentation should be impeccable, as from time to time you will be required to attend and help with organising some important meetings with clients.

We are a small business who value our staff and we provide a happy and friendly working environment.
