About the role

City Ford Ryde, part of the Australian Automotive Group, is seeking a vibrant professional Service Receptionist with a passion for customer service to join our busy Service Centre in Melrose Park.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing customer bookings
  • Greeting and welcoming customers with a positive, polite and helpful attitude
  • Handling customer enquiries and booking service appointments efficiently
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Assisting with vehicle check-in and check-out processes
  • Providing customers with updates on the status of their vehicle repairs
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Administrative tasks, filing, data entry and other duties as required
  • Working hours are Mon-Fri 7.00am to 5.00pm

What we're looking for

  • A positive and friendly personality, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using standard office software including Microsoft Office
  • A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
  • Automotive experience preferred but not essential
